1 General Provisions

dj baji is an online gaming and sports betting platform operated for Bangladeshi users. These terms and conditions ("Terms") serve as a legal agreement between dj baji and its members.

Using this service means you fully accept all clauses of these Terms. If you disagree with any clause, please refrain from using the service. dj baji's services are for personal and entertainment use only — use for commercial or any other unauthorised purpose is prohibited.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Registration Requirements

To open an account on dj baji, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must provide accurate and verifiable information at the time of registration.
• Each person may operate only one account.
• You must agree to submit a national identity card or other documents for identity verification if required.

2.2 Accuracy of Information

The name, date of birth, mobile number, and payment details provided at registration must be accurate. If an account is registered with incorrect or false information, dj baji reserves the right to cancel the account at any time and forfeit the balance.

2.3 Multiple Account Prohibition

Creating multiple accounts using the same device, mobile number, bank account, or payment method is strictly prohibited. If dj baji detects such activity, all associated accounts will be permanently closed.

3 Account Security and Responsibility

Keeping your account password and login details confidential is entirely your responsibility. Allowing others to use your account or using someone else's account is prohibited.

If you notice any unauthorised access or suspicious activity on your account, notify dj baji's support team immediately. dj baji will not be liable for losses resulting from negligence.

• Use a strong password — a combination of letters, numbers, and special characters.
• Never stay logged in on a public device.
• Never share your OTP with a third party.
• It is advisable to change your password regularly.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

Deposits on dj baji can currently be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla, BRAC, Islami Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks). The minimum deposit amount is ৳100.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Withdrawal requests are usually processed using the same method as the deposit — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank transfer.

4.3 Other Payment Rules

• The mobile number or bank account used for deposits must belong to the account holder.
• Payments from third parties are not accepted.
• If a technical error occurs with any payment, notify support immediately.
• An account may be temporarily suspended for investigation in connection with money laundering or suspicious financial activity.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. Wagering requirements must be met before this bonus can be withdrawn — the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times. For example: ৳1,000 deposit gives ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000 → before withdrawal, ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000 must be wagered.

A bonus is not free cash — it can only be withdrawn after the specified wagering requirements have been met.

5.2 Other Promotional Bonuses

dj baji regularly offers various promotions to members. Each offer has its own wagering requirements, validity period, and minimum deposit requirement, which are clearly stated at the time of the offer announcement.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• A bonus may only be claimed once unless the offer states otherwise.
• The account must be fully verified to use a bonus.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.
• If wagering is not completed before the bonus expires, the bonus will be forfeited.
• dj baji reserves the right to change or cancel any promotional offer without prior notice.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

Every bet placed on dj baji is considered final once accepted by the platform. dj baji reserves the right to cancel, after review, any bet placed due to a technical error or incorrect odds.

6.2 Sports Betting

For sports betting, the decision of the relevant sports authority is final in determining match results. Bets on all matches, including Bangladesh cricket's BPL and T20 matches, are settled based on official results.

6.3 Live Casino and Slots

Live casino and slot game results are determined entirely through a Random Number Generator (RNG) or a live dealer. The RTP (Return to Player) information for each game is available on the game's information page.

6.4 Minimum and Maximum Bet Limits

Each game and betting market has its own minimum and maximum bet limits, which are displayed in the game interface. It will not be possible to place a bet outside the system's set limits.

8.1 Suspension by dj baji

dj baji may temporarily or permanently suspend any account without prior notice for breach of these Terms, suspicious activity, or the need for a technical investigation.

8.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request closure of your own account at any time through support. It is advisable to withdraw your available balance before closing the account. Any bonus with unfulfilled wagering requirements on a closed account will be considered void.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

If there is no login or transaction for 12 consecutive months, the account will be marked as inactive. dj baji will notify the member about such an account through their registered contact details.

9 Responsible Gaming

dj baji believes that gaming is an entertainment activity that should be enjoyed in a controlled manner. We encourage members to set their own limits and seek help if needed.

11 Limitation of Liability

dj baji strives to provide uninterrupted service on its platform. However, the service may be temporarily disrupted due to technical issues, maintenance breaks, or interruptions to third-party services.

dj baji is not liable for the following:

• Issues arising from the user's internet connection.
• Financial losses resulting from the member's own negligence.
• Delayed payments due to third-party technical failures.
• Service interruption due to unforeseen natural disasters or legal changes.

In any circumstance, dj baji's total liability is limited to the amount deposited by the member in that specific transaction.

12 Dispute Resolution

12.1 Initial Contact

If you have any dispute or complaint, please first contact dj baji's support team. Speak directly in Bengali via live chat or send a description of the issue by email. The support team is active 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

12.2 Bet Disputes

If you have an objection regarding the result of a bet, the complaint must be raised within 72 hours of the result being published. Complaints made after the specified time may not be considered.

12.3 Final Decision

In all disputes, the decision of dj baji management will be considered final. The relevant account or funds may be temporarily suspended while an investigation is ongoing.

13 Changes and Amendments

dj baji reserves the right to change, add to, or remove any part of these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, members will be notified via their registered email or in-platform messages.

If you continue using the service after any changes, you will automatically be considered to have accepted the new terms and conditions. It is therefore advisable to review this page regularly.
